Before seeking for admission into the National Open University, please take note that you MUST check to see if your course has been accredited by NOUN. Step By Step Procedures On How To Apply for NOUN 2015/2016 Admission (E-APPLICATION)
It is very important for all applicants to take note that the entire registration process can be online and the noun portal is built in such a way, that it operates 24 hours a day.
When you want to commence your registration, please note that you will be required to fill the National Open University Admission Application form online.
How To Apply Online (NOUN)
1. To commence your registration, proceed to any of these participating banks:

IMPORTANT NOTES
1. It is very important that before making any form of payment, candidates must request from the bank customer service to verify the account numbers. Please note that the authorities of National Open University of Nigeria would not be held responsible for any payment made into any account other than the above designated banks and account numbers.
2. Here's the different payment for these different courses:
Undergraduate Programmes N5,000.00 (Five thousand naira) only
Postgraduate (PGD and Masters) Programmes N7,500.00 (seven thousand five hundred naira) only
Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) Programmes is N10,000.00 (ten thousand naira) only.
3. All aspirants and applicants should note that before making payment, they are required to obtain a NOUN Teller specially designed for NOUN for the purpose of payment.(Ask for the Teller when you get to the Bank)
4. Also proceed and go to collect the Application pin CODE equivalent to the amount paid for your form from the Bank, depending if you paid for the NOUN postgraduate programme, Doctor of Philosophy programme, etc.
5. When you're done with the payment and registration, proceed online and visit the National Open University of Nigeria official website and when the webpage loads up, click on the “application form” or follow this guidelines here.
6. Please ensure that you make use of your personal Application pin number to access your NOUN online application form.
7. It is important to note here, that the school authorities required you to complete the online NOUN admission application form by providing the required information.
8. Make sure you note here, that after completion, each candidates are required and expected to re-open the form as often as he/she likes, before submitting.
9. When you have completed all the above steps, take note that you can proceed and submit your form by clicking the submit button at the bottom of the displayed screen on the website.
10. Then print out your provisional admission letter.
Important Note:
All interested persons, including candidates, aspirants and applicants are advised to insist when they go to purchase the form, that they MUST pay the stipulated cost only and obtain official receipt at the point of payment.
NOUN Admission Application Closing Date:
Take note that the NOUN 2016/2017 admission form is always on (This is to say, that there is currently no closing date as at the time of writing this publication)
However, you are advice to apply for the admission before it is too late.
